70s Black Velvet Floppy Hat Wide Brim Boho

Soft and floppy with a wide, undulating brim and a high crown. There is accent stitching on the outside of the brim and a taupe, satin ribbon tied around the crown. Interior is lined a yellow floral print. No tags.
