The Campdraft is one of the most versatile hats made by Akubra. It is sold with an open crown so you can shape it to your specifications. It's a classic hat style that has unlimited versatility. The Campdraft is reminiscent of the "Boss of the Plains style, but with a slightly narrower brim.
Fun fact: The Campdraft has a wind trolley. This is a small button and string attached to the hat. Its purpose is to be "unbuttoned" during high winds and attached to the lapel hole in a suit or overcoat, to prevent the hat from blowing away.
